Who are we?
The Family Law Clinic Trust (FLC Trust) is a registered non-profit organisation (Registration No: 044/880/NPO) currently managed by a group of individuals deeply concerned about the state of abuse and disrespect to women, children and the elderly in South African communities.

What is the need?
The FLC Trust addresses the desperate need for compassionate assistance at all levels in resolving issues of family violence in impoverished and developing communities that cannot afford, and are distanced from, legal help and associated counselling.

Our aims?
The long-term aim of the FLC Trust is to plant self-supportive law and counseling Clinics in these communities throughout the country to address escalating domestic violence, child abuse, abuse of the aged, maintenance issues, marital conflict, guardianship, adoption and other areas of family and social conflict.
